There are two types of Bullies. One is who Bullies people openly and earns the Notoriety for the same. The other type is that of those who want to create mischief without coming to the limelight. The Former is not Dangerous as we can see him or her and maintain a safe distance but the latter one can be very dangerous because he or she is like a hidden enemy always attempting to trouble people without getting caught. The worst part is that the latter type of Bully may be someone whom we know very closely and yet we are unaware of his or her mischievious attributes.
Cyberspace is characterised by anonymity and this gives an opportunity for mischief makers to take over and harm innocent people on the internet either by using abusive or obscene language or by sending spam mails. This very much tells us about the psyche of the person doing this. may be he or she is a very depressed person who needs outlets to beat his or her depression or it could be that they were previously the victims of the same problem because Bullies are in 95 % cases Bullied in the same manner that characterises their notoriety.
