Is it? And can I sue? Let’s just say i’ve been cyberbullied before
Someone asked for what happened, and it was a site called smashboards that insulted me. As for where I live, it’s in california, is it legal there?

Why do some people think it’s okay to bash or be nasty to other people online? Especially since some people take it literally and do things like commit suicide? How aware are people that cyberbullying can have both personal and legal consequences if another person commits suicide because of the cyberbullying?

One of my old friends got mad at me for talking to her friend on facebook. And ever since, she’s been sending me really mean stuff over the internet.
